Data sharing – never! Or maybe yes?
In order to establish yourself as a successful and sustainable company on the market, you need to be well informed about your target group.
Only those who constantly adapt their offering to changing needs will be able to hold their own in the future.
But how well will we be able to collect and understand our target group’s data in the future – in terms of data protection and anonymization? 604 German companies are also asking themselves this question and recognize enormous potential, e.g. resource conservation and global competitiveness, if data and information are shared and used jointly. Particularly interesting: 27% of participants plan to act as both data recipients and data providers in the next two years. This is currently only the case for 8%. “For Germany to really take a leading role in the data economy, we need to rethink: a lot of data only unfolds its value when it is shared,” says Rohleder, Managing Director of Bitkom.
