80% of B2B sales interactions will take place on digital channels by 2025, according to a study by Gartner

According to a recent study by Gartner, personal interaction with customers will continue to decline. CSOs and sales managers must therefore find new ways to interact with potential customers in a winning way from the very first second and convince them to make a purchase decision.

Gartner's study results also show that the future of sales will involve a permanent transformation of strategy, processes and resource allocation. For progressive companies, this change brings great opportunities - if they introduce corresponding innovative systems.
