Generation Z lives digitalisation

Generation Z lives digitalisation - also in the world of work.
What makes Generation Z tick and what demands does it place on software solutions?
After X and Y, more and more people from Generation Z (born after 1995) are finding themselves in the world of work. And like the generations before them, they are bringing a breath of fresh air to the world of work.
There are clear differences in the way they work. Generation Z often organises itself via chat applications such as WhatsApp, uses online data storage with an unprecedented naturalness and hardly ever uses traditional books to obtain information, but almost exclusively search engines such as Google and Co. As digital natives, they are used to sifting through a lot of information via various channels, filtering it and recording the results.
But what do you need to consider specifically for software solutions in the B2B sector?
In short: a low-code or even no-code strategy is required! And not just for interfaces, but for the entire application and therefore also in the admin area. There is a desire for a clear separation between the user interface and the integration view, and a low or no-code strategy is intended to ensure that applications can ideally be adapted again and again by the company's employees themselves, without time-consuming and cryptic programming.
Generation Z is more open to change and therefore focuses not only on convenience, but also on flexibility for users. They want to ensure that software remains adaptable and usable even in a constantly changing future.
